We also collect operational telemetry data from enrolled devices — generation output, battery state of charge, and energy consumption patterns.

Your information is used to: operate the ExplicitAI Virtual Power Plant and MEMS platform; dispatch your energy assets in VPP and peer-to-peer trading programs; calculate and distribute earnings from utility VPP events and PJM capacity payments; communicate service updates and payment statements; comply with utility interconnection and regulatory requirements in Maryland, Virginia, DC, and Delaware.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share aggregated, anonymized energy data with utility partners (BGE, Pepco, Dominion, Delmarva) and PJM Interconnection as required for VPP program participation. We use Zoho CRM to manage enrollment data, subject to Zoho's privacy policy. We do not share individual customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Security
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS 1.2+). Device telemetry is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with access controls.
